How to shrink puffy eyes

Believe it or not, some women swear by the hemorrhoid product Preparation H! It contains hydrocortisone, a topical steroid that reduces inflammation. But before you use it, be sure to follow the proper instructions.
Other tips for shrinking puffy eyes:
1. Sleep with your head elevated so that fluid doesn't pool under your eyes
2. Cut back on salt, which causes fluid retention
3. Keep a stash of teasppons in your freezer, and place them over your eyes when you wake up with puffs. The cold metal quickly shrinks the swelling.
If you prefer to use an eye cream, there are products out there that can also help. But don't be fooled by the price tag. There's no reason that purchasing a good skincare product should require you to take out a personal loan! Companies do get away with high prices because too many women believe that the higher the price, the higher the quality and the better the result. But you really never have to overpay. Some brands from your local stores may work just as well.
