Your new Maximizer Portable Bar from Kegworks.com arrived today. You want to invite the gang over for a party. Everyone admires your new bar, but that's not why they really came. They know that bar = alcohol. Nothing (legal) makes a party more lively then adding some alcohol to the scene.

Start a drinking game and watch the social walls and barriers come down, the laughs and smiles start to flow, and people just getting plain drunk while having a good time. Below you will find a couple of games to help do just that. Get your friends drunk and have a good time to boot.

High or Low

Requirements
Duck of playing cards
2 or more players
Beer glasses
Poker table

Instructions

  1. Place the deck face down between the players. The dealer places the first card on the table face up so that the rest of the players can see the value of the card. The first player guesses if the next card will be higher/lower than the previous one.

  2. If the player guesses correct then they continue for up to 3 cards until they guess wrong. On the fourth card, the player can pass or keep going. If the player guesses wrong at any point, they drink once and the turn is passed to the next player.

  3. If the player passes then the next player has to drink the number of times for each successful guess of the previous player. For example, the first player guesses 5 cards correctly then passes. The second player guesses wrong on their first card. That means the second player has to drink 6 times.

  4. The strategy is to try to "build up" a lot of card so that the next person has to drink a lot. But be careful because you may end up drinking if you guess wrong.

Brain Cell Damage

Requirements
Duck of playing cards
3 or more players

The Drink Tender is good for this game because it keeps the beer cold and fresh and readily available. This game is played just like blackjack but to 7.5 points, not 21.

Here's the card's values:
Face cards = .5 points
Aces = 1 point
Cards 2 -7 points are face value
10's are wild

Instructions

  1. Remove the 8s, 9s and RED 10's from the deck.

  2. The dealer deals one card to each players. The first player looks at his card and then places a bet. The bet is amount of beer. Usually half a glass is a good maximum bet.

  3. The player keeps his first card face down and takes as many hits as desired in order to get the closet to 7.5. If the player goes over 7.5 they must drink their bet. Player decides when to hold.

  4. This process continues for each player.

  5. When all players have held, then the dealer turns his card over face-up. The dealer hits until he thinks he has beaten the player. If the dealer goes over 7.5 then they automatically have to drink the bet.

  6. When the dealer holds, the player turns over their cards.

  7. The player with the lowest total points has to drink the bet.

  8. If a player gets a 5 card Charlie, they automatically win.
