Panama Bed

The Panama typifies that tropical look that has made such an impact on the furniture industry within the past few years. A lovely tall wicker headboard accented by wood trim painted to approximate bamboo which is then trimmed with little pieces of wood resembling reeds. The grills are attached to metal posts topped by decorative necks and ball finials. The footboard is finished with elegant scalloped feet. The finishes all go together beautifully. The wicker is finished in curry, the trim around the wicker, acorn and the metal posts, gold frost. You would certainly have to have a taste for the exotic to appreciate this bed, but the Panama is a striking example of this furniture genre. Assembly required. Imported.
