Her warmth and charm still touch us all. A masterpiece of doll making inspired by a photo taken by world-famous photographer Patrick Demarchelier. Here is Diana at her most enchanting, seated in a lovely armchair, beautifully dressed in a sari inspired white chiffon evening dress. The one-shouldered bodice is beaded along the edge, and the three-quarter length softly pleated shirt has a raised hem in front. Faux-pearl earrings and a glittering ring complete her ensemble, and a miniature recreation of the armchair is included to support her unique pose. Handcrafted, full-bodied porcelain doll is painted by hand to achieve an incredibly lifelike resemblance. Individually hand-numbered. Approximately 13” (33 cm) in height.
